Ordering & accounts
Do I need an account to browse? No. You can search and read medicine information freely. An account is needed to place an order, upload a prescription or set reminders.
How do I place an order? Add items to your cartand follow checkout. If your order includes prescription-only (Rx) medicines, you'll be asked to provide a valid prescription for review before supply.
Prescriptions
Which medicines need a prescription? Any product marked Rx in the catalog — including antibiotics and many chronic-care medicines. See the prescription policy for what counts as valid.
How is my prescription handled? It is treated as sensitive health data, visible only to the reviewing practitioner, and retained only as long as required.
Substitutes & medicine information
Are substitutes safe to switch to? We only suggest substitutes that match on salt, strength and form. Even so, confirm any switch with a practitioner — consult a doctor if unsure.
Is the information here medical advice? No. It is educational and does not replace advice from a qualified practitioner.
Delivery & returns
Where do you deliver? Delivery context is currently set for the Kathmandu Valley and is expanding. Contact us to check your area.
Can I return medicines? For safety reasons, dispensed medicines generally cannot be returned once they leave the pharmacy. If an item is incorrect or damaged, contact us promptly and we will make it right. See the terms of service.
Payments & pricing
What does the price mean? Catalog prices reference the maximum retail price (MRP). Any applicable delivery or service charges are shown before you confirm an order.
Privacy
How is my data used? Account and health information is handled under our privacy policy, kept secure, and never sold. You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
