Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using MedsNepal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Medicine information is not medical advice
All medicine information on MedsNepal is provided for general education only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace consultation with a qualified practitioner. Always seek professional guidance before starting, stopping or changing any medicine. MedsNepal is not an emergency service — for urgent situations contact your nearest hospital or local emergency number.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be an adult (or an authorised parent/guardian) to hold an account and place orders.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Prescription-only medicines
Products marked Rx are supplied only after a valid prescription is reviewed and approved by a licensed practitioner, as set out in the prescription policy. Attempting to obtain prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription is not permitted.
Substitutes
Where substitutes are shown, they are matched on salt, strength and form. Suggestions are informational; the decision to switch should be confirmed with a practitioner.
Orders and pricing
- Prices reference the maximum retail price (MRP); applicable delivery or service charges are shown before you confirm.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example where prescription review is not satisfied, an item is unavailable, or a pricing error occurred.
- For safety reasons, dispensed medicines generally cannot be returned; incorrect or damaged items will be resolved on prompt notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the service, interfere with its security, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Provide false prescription or identity information.
- Scrape, copy or resell catalog content except as permitted in writing.
Intellectual property
The MedsNepal name, design, and original content are owned by MedsNepal or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MedsNepal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, or from reliance on educational information that should have been confirmed with a practitioner. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
